Sure you can try and write these credit dispute letters on your own to the credit beauru but chances are it will take months and you may never attain results! After some research I found this wonderful company at GKIcredit . com where they were able to remove all negative notations from my credit report in no time at all!

The invitation to get you to dispute is a trick. When you receive a bill, you must do what I suggested within 3 days (72 hours). I’ve have CCJ’s (Civil Court Judgments) that they’ve sold to 3rd party collectors (who have no contract and one was even an attorney) that now show on my credit report as “Paid Civil Judgments”. Third party interlopers have no contract that they can produce. No contract, no controversy. No controversy, no case. Nothing for a court to become involved with. SWEET!!!

WRONG!!! NEVER dispute anything. Dispute puts you in dishonor which causes controversy which can land you in court. All you need do is write a letter to the credit card company saying: “I’ll be glad to pay you what you allege I owe upon proof of claim that you provide me within 10 (ten) days a certified copy of the wet ink signature contract between me and your agent duly authorized to bind your corporation in lawful contract.” Send it Certified Mail RRR and… (Message me for the rest.)

when disputing individual items you want removed from your report (including collections that are paid). simply say it isn’t yours (even if it is). and if they can’t find any information proving the account belongs to you, they must remove it.

also, you need to send a copy of your drivers license and your SS card along with your dispute letter to prove you’re really you. Otherwise, they will not send you your results until you have done so.
