Credit and collection issues are an ugly little beast that raises its head every once in a while for most of us. In today’s world it’s easy to get caught up in the computers of big corporations. About the time you think you’ve resolved an alleged debt that shouldn’t have happened in the first place, some employee discovers it in a computer file, and sends it to a collection agency.

The author had a couple of these situations crop up in his own life, and easily resolved the problems. Then, he began helping a family, friends, and acquaintances with their credit problems.
